Assurance University Clears up Confusion for Employers Between FMLA, ADA and WC Laws

SCHAUMBURG, IL (August 28, 2009) - Assurance Agency, Ltd., based in Schaumburg, IL, is hosting an educational seminar titled “FMLA and its Workers’ Compensation Implications”. The seminar, scheduled on September 30, 2009, will be held at Assurance’s headquarters and is designed to uncover ways to minimize a company’s liability from common employment law issues.
